		<description>Thank you for posting our petition for Pedro Zapeta on your site. His case has brought out the good and bad sides of peoples humanity toward one another.
After the fact, anti immigrant organizations changed the facts to put their spin on the story in hopes of benefiting their cause.
Mr. Zapeta's pro bono attorney will begin oral arguements before the Appellate Court in mid March. Since we are very close to this situation we can keep you abreast of the status of his case if you wish. Newspapers are no longer interested in his story but his struggle continues.
